Privacy Notice for Users and Companies who use Ranga Incorporated Pvt. Ltd. Products and Services

This privacy notice describes how Ranga Incorporated Pvt. Ltd. and our products (collectively, "RangaOffice", "RangaUno" device and apps) collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, retain or otherwise process your information when you (whether you are a person acting as a user, employee, staff, sole proprietor or on behalf of the business entity) apply or sign up for RangaOffice account and other services of our company.

This Privacy Notice applies to information collected in connection with your access to and use of our products and services. Please read this privacy notice carefully. By continuing to interact with our products and services, you are consenting to the practices described in this privacy notice.

Information we may collect about you

Our products and services depending on the app functionalities need to collect information about you to provide you the features required to run to serve the purpose of the product. Most of the information that are collected from you might never leave your device or the local network of your business in some cases. These are the information that our products and app collect about you:

• Identification Information such as Name, Email address, Phone number, Employment status, Company name.
• Services data including attendance entries, online status, entry and exit time in the office.
• Device identification information such as Device Wireless MAC Address, Device IP Addresses, Wi-Fi status, Device Unique ID generated by your app for both Android or iOS and other information about the device's interaction with our products and services.
• Other information you provide such as information that you voluntarily or involuntarily provide to us, including your order requests, business name, including your survey responses, online and document forms; or any other actions you perform on our products and services.

Sources of Information from which we might collect

We collect information about you from the following categories of sources:

• You directly, when you submit information to us or allow us to access information about you
• RangaUno device connected to WLAN network
• RangaOffice Android & iOS app
• RangaOffice Software for Business Admin
• Other sources including Google forms, Online forms, Order forms, Referral Employees, Group Companies and Affiliates, Online advertising companies.

App Permissions and your information

The following are the app permission you'll have to agree while using Android app (RangaOffice) and iOS app (RangaOffice) also the disclosure about why certain permissions are required for you to use the apps and software.

• Internet:

  "RangaOffice" App connects to the servers via HTTP protocol to communicate with the system and services (attendance tracking, management services and all other App features).

• Wi-Fi state:

  "RangaOffice" App needs to connect to the device hotspot or desired Wi-Fi from peer sharing.

How we use your information

We may collect, use and share information about you for the following reasons:

• Providing the functionalities of the app.
• Although, the information we extract will be purely confidential and will only be used for benefitting the user experience rather than selling data to third party data companies.
• Performing, Improving and Developing our products and services. Delivering the information and support your request. Doing internal research and development, measuring and analyzing the usage and upgradability.

When and whom we share your information

We do not share your information with other entities (either individual or companies) unless otherwise requested by government and legal bodies of the country with a formal request.

Employees and Staffs of the companies might be able to view your unencrypted data with your consent if required for some inquiries about the account from you directly or your employer (if you are affiliated to a company).

Login Credentials Sharing for One time login

We allow login Credentials sharing with our partner companies or subsidiary companies for shortening the onboarding and registration process.

There might be the case where the full name, phone numbers, email and other primary account information can be saved and used by other companies. The result of this feature will serve the prevention of duplicate user entries and streamline the onboarding process with all the primary user account information right when the user starts using the app.

This feature will only be used to authenticate and share a common primary account information between apps, softwares and devices and not track users for targeting ads or collecting data for selling it to third-party data processing companies.

Cookies, Similar Technologies and Third-party company tracking

Cookies are used for keeping the user identification and associate the app/device owner with their respective account and data rather than tracking.

We or your employer(our customer) might categorize you based on the access right you will have over the system provided to the business. Access limited technologies will be used for differentiating the user types for better security.

We might use third party company tracking (Google Analytics) for analyzing our website traffic only. These cookies and tracking technologies will never be used in the apps and software that you will be using.

How long we keep your information

We generally keep your information as long as reasonably necessary to provide you the services. However, if you decide to leave the business of whom we sell the products & services to and request to delete your data to your respective administrator, they might delete your entries from the system.

Changes to this privacy notice

We may amend this privacy notice from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the "Effective Date" above. The revision version will be effective on the effective date listed. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of material changes in how we use your information, including by email if you have provided one OR we might provide the notice to your employer if you using our products and services via a company. If you disagree with these changes, you may request to delete your account locally to your employer. If you keep using our services, you consent to any amendment of this Privacy Notice.
